Gawker will take it to appeals, and appeals will overturn the ruling, so Gawker and the Hulkster will settle for a much smaller amount.

If hulk wins in appeals, that sets a fucking awful precedent that violates the first amendment. The only reason he won the first settlement was because the Jury voted in his favor.
